1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are applicable only for products returned within 7 days of delivery and approved under our Return Policy.

  • To be eligible, the product must be:

    • Unused and unopened

    • In its original packaging

    • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order ID/invoice)


2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used beauty/skincare products (due to hygiene reasons).

  • Items purchased under clearance sale, discounts, or special offers.

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.


3. Refund Process

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email/phone.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed through your original method of payment.

  3. Refunds usually take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.

  4. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company/bank, as processing may take some time.

  • If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@glowwali.com.


5. Damaged or Wrong Product Refunds

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.

  • After verification, a full refund or replacement will be arranged at no extra cost.
